
Account Manager

Paragon Furniture is looking for an Account Manager at our Arlington, TX location. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue through strategic account development.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned Paragon customers
Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with customers
Connect with existing and prospective customers to set up meetings (both at customer site/offsite and factory/showroom tours)
Produce and send quotes, enter sample product requests, coordinate samples of fabric/paint/acrylic and literature as needed
Provide oversight and open customer communication from quote to shipment
Understand customer needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets
Coordinate with internal teams (customer service, marketing, operations, engineering, support) to ensure timely delivery of product
Actively engage in sales meetings and marketing initiatives
Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to customers and leadership
Resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity
Develop and maintain standard KPIs that coordinate with the sales forecast
Qualifications
Ability to travel as required.
Must be able to work on-site at our Arlington, TX headquarters.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel by air as needed.
