Inside Sales Specialist

Elite Connector is seeking a motivated Inside Sales professional to manage quotes and sell microelectronic products and services to both new and existing customers. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate delivery of products and services, and direct communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues. The position operates within standard business practices and procedures. Key Responsibilities Generate revenue by soliciting and booking orders. Heavy volume, heavy follow-up, and requires great attention to details. Communicate with prospective customers to understand technical requirements and explain the products and services offered. Collaborate with regional sales leadership to identify and develop new growth accounts. Work closely with Sales Support to adjust orders, validate delivery schedules, and manage customer support requests. Follow up with customers to verify satisfaction and resolve any complaints or concerns. Submit regular sales activity reports. Respond to inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, delivery, and availability. Additional Responsibilities Follow all safety, quality, and export control policies and procedures. Build strong, productive relationships with internal teams and business partners. Participate proactively in team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment. Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information. Uphold high standards of integrity and professionalism. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience selling microelectronic products to OEM customers preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in a science, technology, or engineering discipline. Must be a U.S. citizen due to export control regulations. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong sales abilities, including prospecting, closing, relationship building, and persistence. Knowledge of the microelectronics industry is a plus. Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Demonstrates professionalism and attention to detail.
