The Opportunity This is a commission-based, part-time role built for a self-motivated sales professional who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and close deals. You'll be selling proven digital marketing packages to business owners and decision makers across New Jersey — backed by a strong portfolio, real case studies, and a team that delivers results.

What You'll Be Doing
Prospecting and outreaching to qualified business owners and marketing decision makers in NJ
Conducting discovery calls to understand prospect needs and position SocialJack's services
Presenting and walking prospects through custom proposals
Managing your pipeline and following up consistently to close
Collaborating with the SocialJack team on handoffs and onboarding
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, media, or agency services
Based in New Jersey — knowledge of the NJ/NY market is a strong plus
Proven track record of closing deals and hitting targets
Self-starter who can manage their own time and pipeline without micromanagement
Strong communicator — confident on calls, sharp over email
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo.io, or similar)
Existing book of contacts or network in NJ business community is a bonus
Compensation
100% commission-based — no cap on earnings
10% commission on new client contract value (3-month terms)
3% residual commission on monthly recurring revenue for the life of the client
Additional commission on upsells and tier upgrades
High performers realistically earning $2,000–$5,000+/month part-time based on 2–3 closes per month
