Our client is a top local foodservice equipment provider who has partnered with us exclusively to find a proven hunter for their outside sales team in the Minneapolis market.
They’re a leading full-service restaurant and kitchen equipment specialist in Minnesota — the go-to outfitter for serious chefs, restaurateurs, brewers, and food pros. They design, equip, install, service, and supply premium commercial kitchen solutions, from full restaurant builds and dream kitchens to parts, training, and 24/7/365 emergency support. True one-stop shop for everything that stores, chills, cooks, holds, displays, or serves.
This role owns outside sales across the local market, calling on restaurants, hotels, country clubs, breweries, independent operators, chains, and other foodservice end‑users. You’ll hunt new business aggressively, build trusted relationships, spec in equipment and full kitchen packages, manage accounts for retention and growth, and drive revenue with high autonomy in the field.

Prospect and close new business with restaurants, hotels, breweries, chains, and independent foodservice operators across the Minneapolis market
Build and grow long‑term relationships as the trusted advisor, specifying premium equipment and full kitchen solutions
Manage existing accounts for retention, upsell opportunities, and repeat revenue
Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to install coordination and post‑sale support
Desired Skills And Experience
5+ years of proven outside sales experience in competitive, relationship‑driven environments (foodservice, equipment, or related B2B preferred)
