Account Executive

to own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualifying to closing — while building strong customer relationships and driving revenue growth.

In this role, you’ll showcase technical solutions that deliver measurable business value and align with client needs. You’ll partner with internal teams to optimize pipeline development, refine positioning, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.

Identify, qualify, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers across target accounts.

Deliver solution presentations and product demos, translating technical value into business outcomes.

Partner with SDRs and marketing to drive pipeline and develop high-quality opportunities.

Maintain accurate forecasting and sales activity tracking in CRM.

Stay abreast of industry trends to effectively position the solution against competitors.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to enhance customer experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven track record in full-cycle enterprise software sales.

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate complex software concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Experience using Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and sales prospecting tools.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-driven, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Bonus: Experience selling AI, analytics, data-driven solutions or SaaS products.

Compensation Expectations OTE: 280 - 320K (uncapped) + Equity
