About the Role BrightHaven is hiring Remote Insurance Sales Representatives to connect with prospective clients regarding life insurance products and coverage options. This is a 1099 independent contractor role operating fully remote within the United States. Representatives work within a structured sales process and follow compliance guidelines while helping clients evaluate coverage solutions based on their needs. An active life insurance license is required to sell. Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to obtain a state life insurance license prior to engaging in sales activities.

Client Outreach and Conversations:

Needs Assessment:

Follow-Up and Activity Management:
Maintain consistent follow-up and manage daily activity independently in a remote setting.
Compliance:

Training:
Participate in structured onboarding and ongoing training to ensure understanding of products, sales process, and regulatory requirements.
Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with clients by phone
Self-motivated and able to manage daily activity independently
Experience in sales, call center, or customer service environments preferred
Ability to handle objections professionally
Willingness to obtain a state life insurance license if not currently licensed
Legally authorized to work in the United States
