Assemble roof and floor trusses using jigs, nail guns, and other tools
Read and accurately build from engineered blueprints
Maintain strong attention to quality, accuracy, and safety
Work with a team to meet daily production goals
What You Bring
Experience in truss building, framing, carpentry, or construction
Ability to read a tape measure and operate power tools
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Dependable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
