Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sheet Metal Welder/Fabricator based in Totowa, NJ. The role involves handling a variety of welding processes, including arc, TIG, and MIG welding, Laser welding and working with different metals and materials. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, fabricating sheet metal components, assembling structures, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Arc Welding, TIG/MIG Welding, and Laser Welding Experience with various Welding and Fabrication techniques Basic hand-tool knowledge Knowledge of working with diverse Materials and sheet metal Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Commitment to safety protocols and precision in workmanship Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work on-site in Totowa, NJ, and meet project deadlines Previous experience in a metal fabrication environment is an advantage Relevant welding certifications are a plus
