Job Summary The Sales Coordinator II is responsible for providing order management services to clients. This role acts as liaison between customers, production and distribution departments.

Responsibilities

Works with customers on issues after order placement

Resolves issues with customers in consultation with Traders

Ensures timely resolutions inclusive of financial implications of order processing

Seeks efficiencies in determining cost drivers for contract administration

Identifies claim file types and assembles files according to relevant information

May exhibit leadership, guidance and/or training of newer employees

Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes / Competencies

Qualifications Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

2 - 4 years of experience in Sales / Customer Service

Computer literate

MS Office Suite with special emphasis on Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

Strong skills and abilities in written and verbal communication

Has solid understanding and capability of order process and file management

Preferred requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or a related discipline

Metals or aerospace experience, or background
