LINET The Account Executive (AE) will drive the sales of products for the assigned market territory. The AE is responsible for developing longstanding, productive relationships between LINET Americas and healthcare facilities in the defined area. Working closely with clinical and service teams, the AE provides leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for LINET Americas’ products and programs. Job Responsibilities

Deliver strong sales and margin pipeline within the territory to exceed budget. Develop and execute strategies to build share of customer and long‑term relationships within the territory, continually growing customers’ understanding of LINET Americas’ product and service offerings. Build LINET brand and image in the marketplace through positive interactions and a high level of professionalism with key contacts in the territory. Execute sales and marketing initiatives and actively contribute to their development. Convert share of customer spending from incumbent suppliers to LINET Americas through prospecting, negotiating, quoting, and closing sales, personal marketing, and time management. Commit to excellence and quality with a special focus on rapid response to customers, driving new sales across products to healthcare providers embracing a solutions‑sell proposition. Understand the detailed functionality and benefit offering of each product, how each product is best applied to meet emergent customer needs, benefits for both the patient and caregivers, and articulate an economic benefit for the hospital. Define an overall strategy on an annual basis to drive sales growth in the assigned territory. Demonstrate effective understanding of competitive action in the assigned territory and develop a plan to address opportunity areas. Prepare analysis and develop an overall package for new sales, drawing on resources from clinical areas for detailed explanations to customers of the product’s applications and benefits and for final development of a needs‑based sales deal. Lead the efforts of sales specialists and services personnel to drive new sales and ongoing customer satisfaction. Oversee the installation of new products, ensuring they are installed, providing basic training, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to preserve the current base and grow new sales with the healthcare provider. Build LINET Americas relationships throughout all levels of the hospital with various departments to expand account presence. Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does not have direct employee supervisory responsibility. It provides leadership to clinical and service teams to meet territory goals. Education and Experience

MUST‑HAVE

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5 years of capital medical sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. In‑depth sales experience with a strong understanding of the solutions‑selling process. Demonstrated excellence in account development and territory management. Strong performance against budget requirements and limitations. PREFERRED

Clinical experience. Language Skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business journals, financial reports, and contracts; respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community; develop and deliver effective presentations to customers, top management, and public groups. Mathematical Skills

Ability to apply mathematical concepts and operations. Reasoning Ability

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and offer appropriate solutions. Physical Demands

While performing the duties, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, frequently stand and sit, occasionally walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may be required to push and/or maneuver medical equipment throughout hospital corridors. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment

The work environment will consist of the employee’s home office and healthcare facilities, with occasional requirement to be present at the company’s headquarters in Charlotte, NC. Travel

This position requires variable travel ranging from approximately 40% to 80%, locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally. Overnight travel, air travel, personal auto, and rented vehicles (cars and large trucks) are required. Credentialing

Due to the nature of our work in healthcare, an essential requirement of this position is the ability to meet all requirements of the credentialing process through industry vendors in order to access hospitals and other facilities.
