What You Will Do In This Role

Provide inbound customer support.

Help customers resolve technical issues.

Assist in correcting billing concerns.

Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.

Your Qualifications

18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.

Live within 40 miles of the site and be able to work your full shift in the office.

Utilize multiple systems on a PC throughout your day and pass technical assessments to demonstrate those skills.
