Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Parts Counter Salesperson based in Pasco, WA. The Parts Counter Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers with parts inquiries, processing orders, managing inventory levels, and addressing sales needs. Key daily tasks include providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the team in achieving sales goals. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with a strong focus on meeting client needs effectively
Proficiency in Inventory Control and Sales to ensure accurate tracking and efficient transactions
Strong Communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Prior experience in automotive or truck parts sales is an advantage
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems are preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in sales or inventory management is a plus
