We help good people live extraordinary lives in retirement, with purpose and dignity — and every relationship begins with a powerful first impression.
The Opportunity We are seeking a confident, relationship‑driven Client Relations & First Impressions Specialist to own first impressions, accelerate prospect momentum, and drive consultation flow.
This is not a passive front desk role. This is a high‑energy, high‑visibility position that sits at the center of relationship building and firm growth. You will be the first voice and face of our firm — responding quickly to inbound leads, confidently making outbound follow‑up calls, hosting events, and guiding warm prospects toward scheduling consultations.
You will operate at the intersection of hospitality, organization, and conversion — delivering a polished, white‑glove experience while ensuring our office environment reflects the highest of standards and no opportunity slips through the cracks. Your Mission Success in this role is measured by responsiveness, consultation flow, and the quality of the SimplePath experience. You will help ensure every interaction with our firm feels welcoming, organized, and purposeful.
Your responsibilities include:
Prospect Engagement & Appointment Momentum
Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries
Contact and confirm all event registrations
Guide qualified prospects toward scheduling consultations with confidence and professionalism
Execute proactive outbound follow-up so no opportunity falls through the cracks
Confirm and prepare prospects so they arrive ready and on time
Event & Relationship Engagement
Serve as event host and relationship ambassador at prospect and client events
Capture meaningful personal details that strengthen long‑term relationships and enhance client experience
Execute Client Love touchpoints including gifts, milestone outreach, and thoughtful follow‑up
Front Desk & Office Presentation
Greet clients and guests warmly and professionally
Offer and serve beverages and refreshments to create a welcoming experience
Prioritize and route calls, texts, and mail efficiently
Maintain accurate CRM documentation and scheduling integrity
Ensure conference rooms and client spaces are prepared for each meeting
Maintain a pristine office environment aligned with our brand standards
Attributes That Matter Here This role requires someone who consistently shows up with:
High Energy & Sociability: You enjoy meeting new people and building rapport quickly
Persuasive Confidence: You are comfortable guiding conversations toward next steps.
Responsiveness: You move quickly because speed builds trust.
Follow-Through Discipline: You don’t let interested leads go cold or details slip
Relationship Orientation: You genuinely care about people and remember details.
Ownership: You take responsibility for outcomes, not just activity.
Professional Presence: You represent the brand with polish and warmth.
Organizational Strength: You manage schedules, logistics, and details with consistency.
Hospitality Mindset: You create a welcoming, white‑glove experience.
Growth Mindset: You want to improve, learn, and elevate your impact.
Bring Your “A” Game This role is not suited for someone who prefers passive reception work, reactive follow‑up, or behind‑the‑scenes‑only responsibilities.
This is a performance‑based role in a growth‑oriented firm. You will have autonomy — but also accountability. We expect initiative, responsiveness, confidence on the phone, pride in presentation, and measurable results.
If you are energized by meeting people, guiding conversations, maintaining an impeccable environment, and converting warm interest into meaningful next steps, this role will feel exciting and rewarding.
