The Summer 2026 Business Development & Marketing Internship offers the opportunity to gain real-world experience working directly with our business development and marketing team to showcase the impact of Everblue’s work with its clients.

Position Overview The Business Development & Marketing Intern will support the creation of case studies, marketing collateral, and proposal materials that highlight Everblue’s programs and results. The intern will collaborate with team members across the organization to gather data, capture client success stories, and translate complex work into clear, compelling narratives used in marketing and business development efforts. This role is ideal for a student seeking hands‑on experience in a mission‑driven, entrepreneurial environment where their work will be visible and meaningful.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and draft case studies that highlight Everblue’s work, impact, and client outcomes

Assist in creating and refining marketing collateral such as one-pagers, slide decks, web copy drafts, and campaign content

Support proposal writing efforts, including:

Gathering and organizing data, metrics, and program outcomes for inclusion in proposals

Conducting light research on partners, markets, or opportunities

Assisting with proposal review, editing, and quality assurance

Help coordinate partner outreach and engagement activities, including drafting communication templates and tracking responses

Collaborate with the business development and marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across materials

Participate in internal planning meetings and contribute ideas to improve how Everblue communicates its impact and value

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in business, communications, marketing, entrepreneurship, public administration, or a related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills with an interest in storytelling, branding, or content development

Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and present it clearly and concisely

Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Self‑starter comfortable working in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment and taking initiative

Interest in workforce development, sustainability, education, or public sector innovation is a plus

Location and Timing Location: Huntersville, NC (in‑person or hybrid, depending on company policy at the time)

Duration: Summer 2026 (exact dates to be determined based on academic calendars)
