
Customer Service Representative/Accounting Support Representative
LSC Environmental Products, LLC, Apalachin, NY, United States
The Customer Service Representative/Accounting Support Representative (CSR-ASR) reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for providing product and service support, including resolution of customer concerns. The CSR-ASR must:
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Prepare shipping quotes for all product shipments, ensuring product is delivered on-time using the most cost-effective logistics provider
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Execute new customer setup and maintain customer master
Reconcile off-site inventory counts on a monthly basis
· High school diploma required. Associate degree in business preferred.
· Strong phone communication and listening skills.
· Exceptional organizational skills.
· Ability to clearly document customer and project requests.
· Strong ability to analyze information and present ideas and information accurately and concisely.
· Highly organized with ability to drive process and manage multiple projects at the same time.
· Ability to comprehend basic accounting concepts.
· Quality-focused and results-driven
· Above average experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Ability to learn CRM system.

Pay Rate
- $20.00 - $25.00
