Estimator Ground-Up Commercial Construction North Dallas / DFW A well-established General Contractor based in North Dallas is looking to bring on an experienced Estimator to support their continued growth across the DFW market. This contractor specializes in ground-up commercial construction and is seeking someone who can independently manage the full estimating process from start to finish. The Role: Prepare detailed cost estimates for ground-up commercial projects Perform quantity take-offs, pricing, and bid analysis Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids Develop competitive, accurate proposals and budgets Work closely with preconstruction and operations teams Take ownership of estimates with minimal supervision What Theyre Looking For: Minimum 5 years experience as an Estimator with a Commercial General Contractor Strong background in ground-up commercial projects Proven ability to estimate projects independently Experience estimating across multiple commercial sectors Strong attention to detail and understanding of construction means & methods Experience working on projects throughout the DFW market Whats On Offer: Long-term opportunity with a stable and growing GC Strong pipeline of ground-up commercial work in DFW Collaborative, professional team environment If youre an Estimator in the DFW / North Dallas area looking for a long-term role with a reputable commercial GC, this is a great opportunity to explore. ????
