Education and Experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruiting.
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability
Strong experience hiring for Channel Marketing, Direct Marketing, Go-To-Market (GTM), and Social Media roles.
Good understanding of marketing functions and terminology.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
WHAT YOU’LL DO: Job Responsibilities:
Handle full‑cycle recruitment for marketing roles.
Hire for Channel Marketing, Direct Marketing, and Social Media positions.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
Screen and shortlist qualified marketing professionals.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Maintain a strong pipeline of marketing talent.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
