is looking for a friendly, approachable, and outgoing candidate in the Charlotte area to greet, interact, and schedule appointments with customers for our sales team in retail and trade show environments.
We are looking to hire someone for this position as quickly as possible.
Experience in sales or window fashions is not required, but customer service experience is recommended. For this Brand Ambassador role, you will be representing Southern Traditions and independently working our display for shows at four Costco warehouses in the Charlotte area. We have established a great partnership with 7 Costco's in SC and NC and work multiple shows at each warehouse every year. We are looking for a candidate who is confident working in this setting and enjoys engaging with people to represent Southern Traditions.
Your typical schedule would be 5 \u00bd hours days Monday-Thursday, with Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate event setup and breakdown of display for events.
Ability to work independently; punctual and professional demeanor.
Provide excellent customer service with strong communication skills.
Promote our products and showcase our brand to retailers and consumers.
Input contact information accurately for our sales team.
Familiarize yourself with our mission, core values, and process.
Manage and track event equipment, materials, and promotional items.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in a standing position.
Ability to work scheduled events, working 10-11 hour shifts as needed.
Ability to lift 30 pounds.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Pay Rate Pay Rate - $20 per hour with monthly bonus opportunity
Salary: $20 per hour
