Answer phone calls and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance requests and follow up with customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation - $50,000-$70,000 - base salary + commissions + bonuses
