Allied Interior Solutions is seeking a

Marketing Project Coordinator

who excels at managing multiple projects, partnering with internal teams, and executing high-quality digital content. You’ll blend creativity, communication, and organization to support our growing presence in the builder, developer, and manufacturing markets.

What You’ll Own 1. Social & Digital Content Delivery

Lead social media content planning, scheduling, and posting across multiple business units.

Maintain and update website content through WordPress, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and strong user experience.

2. Project Coordination & Workflow Management

Serve as the marketing point of contact for sales, operations, and leadership teams.

Turn requests into clear project briefs with established timelines and deliverables.

Coordinate with external contractors—designers, photographers, videographers, and copywriters—to execute high-quality work.

Leverage your existing vendor network to source creative talent when needed.

Manage multiple concurrent initiatives and communicate progress to stakeholders.

3. Creative & Brand Execution

Produce marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, digital assets, presentations, and social graphics.

Validate outsourced work using your own creative skillset, stepping in to produce assets for urgent needs.

Support photo and video initiatives for both digital content and marketing campaigns.

4. Messaging, Content, and Communication

Write and edit digital, social, and print content.

Maintain brand voice across all platforms.

Support PR, announcements, and internal communication efforts.

Who You Are You’re an organized, detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys blending creative work with structured project coordination.

You Bring

2+ years of marketing or project coordination experience

Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills

WordPress experience (required)

Experience managing contractor relationships

A reliable vendor network or talent roster (preferred)

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities

Bonus Skills

Experience with project management or content scheduling tools

Industry experience in construction, manufacturing, cabinetry, or B2B environments

Comfort with light photography/video support
