Designer - Commercial Interior Design / Office Furniture
Location: Greenville, SC or Columbia, SC
Salary: Up to $75,000/year
Schedule: Full-time | Onsite
A well-established company in the commercial interior design and office furniture industry is seeking a Designer to join their growing team. This role supports sales teams and clients by developing functional and visually effective workspace solutions. The ideal candidate will have commercial design experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support multiple sales representatives by developing design solutions for commercial spaces
Conduct site visits to take measurements and assist with space planning
Create client-facing design packages that present furniture layouts, options, and specifications
Reconfigure spaces and develop layouts for both creative and standardized projects
Perform detailed specification checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
Maintain organization across multiple projects and deadlines
Collaborate with team members across multiple office locations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
Minimum of 2 years of commercial design experience
Experience using CET (Configura Engineering Technology)
Proficiency with CAD and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail, particularly with specification reviews and auditing work
Ability to multitask and work effectively with multiple stakeholders
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range: up to $75,000 depending on experience

This is an onsite role based in either Greenville, SC or Columbia, SC locations. Local travel may be required for occasional (not often) site visits.
