This position is a pilot opportunity for Up Yer Airts and ARTS D&G, to help increase our organisation’s capacity. Other organisations in Dumfries & Galloway may also be interested in buying amounts of the successful applicant’s time to increase their capacity by utilising the social media skills on offer. This would be in addition to this position’s contractual terms and conditions.
While this may be of interest to the successful applicant, this would be a separate contractual arrangement, acceptance of which – or non-acceptance, because of life-work balance – will not affect the selection process in any way. At this stage we only want to highlight this possibility for the position’s further development and expansion.
