About the Role We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing technology, data, and process optimization. In this role, you will work hands-on with HubSpot to support operations, campaign execution, data management, and performance reporting while collaborating closely with both marketing and sales teams.

What You'll Do

Configure, manage, and optimize HubSpot workflows and marketing campaigns.

Build and maintain automation sequences that support lead nurturing and campaign goals.

Assist in integrating HubSpot with other tools and platforms as needed.

Data Management & Governance

Maintain database hygiene, including list segmentation, deduplication, and data accuracy.

Ensure all marketing activities comply with data privacy regulations including GDPR and CASL.

Manage contact records and properties within HubSpot to support accurate reporting.

Campaign Execution & Reporting

Build, QA, and launch marketing campaigns.

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including open rates, CTR, and lead conversion.

Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to streamline sales and marketing workflows and improve team productivity.

Document processes and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.

Partner with the sales team to support lead handoff, qualification criteria, and pipeline visibility.

Maintain HubSpot-based lead scoring and lifecycle stage definitions in alignment with sales goals.

What We're Looking For Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

1 to 3 years of experience in a marketing, marketing operations, or related role.

Active HubSpot certifications are required — see the Certifications section below.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in HubSpot, including workflows, lists, forms, email, reporting, and AI capabilities.

Comfort working with data: segmentation, analysis, and drawing insights from dashboards.

Soft Skills

Attention to detail — you catch errors before they go live.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success stakeholders.

Required HubSpot Certifications All candidates must hold the following active HubSpot Academy certifications at the time of application:

HubSpot Marketing Software Certification

HubSpot Email Marketing Certification

HubSpot CMS for Marketers Certification

HubSpot Reporting Certification

Additional certifications (e.g., HubSpot Content Marketing, Inbound Marketing) are a bonus and strongly encouraged.
