Responsibilities

Assist with creating and developing marketing campaigns, obtaining approvals for related collateral, and executing the collateral.

Conduct marketing research.

Create communications.

Use project management skills.

Contribute to efficient operations of marketing projects, programs and events.

Provide support to the marketing team to ensure operational processes are followed.

Assist with planning and execution of special projects, events and conferences.

Support planning, development, production and delivery of marketing solutions.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timelines are met and marketing collateral aligns with brand standards and product positioning.

Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain and update internal web content, presentations, and sales aids.

Coordinate processes for translation and regulatory approval of materials.

Support production of products and marketing solutions including communications, articles, presentations, and sales tools.

Support development, production, and distribution of marketing collateral and manage inventories of materials.

Update, track and maintain team schedules, marketing budgets, and marketing inventory.

Execute work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service.

Complete complex and diverse tasks within given rules/limits; may handle escalations from other employees.

Analyze issues and determine next steps.

Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

Typically between 1-2 years of relevant experience and a post‑secondary degree in a related field desirable.

College diploma in Marketing or Communications preferred.

Specialized knowledge.

Verbal and written communication skills – Good.

Organization skills – Good.

Collaboration and team skills – Good.

Analytical and problem‑solving skills – Good.

Salary Salary:

$41,714.00 – $69,000.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part‑time roles will be pro‑rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance‑based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
