Scale Marketing in partnership with Lucas James Talent Partners | Media Team
Scale Marketing is growing our Paid Search practice, and we’re looking for a Paid Search Manager to help lead the charge. This role sits at the center of our digital business—owning paid search strategy and performance while partnering closely with clients, leadership, analytics, and media teams. Hybrid role- 3 days in office and 2 days work from home!
What you’ll do
Own end-to-end paid search strategy, execution, and optimization
Act as a paid search thought leader for top-tier clients
Drive client growth by exceeding ROI/ROAS and KPI targets
Lead daily performance analysis, buying, bidding, and reporting
Build strong client relationships through insights and results
Collaborate cross-functionally and help support a fast-growing team
What you bring
3+ years of paid search experience (agency side required)
Expertise in SEM and PPC
Expertise in Google & Bing (Shopping required; Amazon a plus)
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets
Experience with tags, pixels, and Google Tag Manager
