About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Email Marketing Coordinator located at the Broward Campus in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role is for a creative and results-driven individual who will lead our
Email Marketing & Graphic Design
initiatives. In this role, you will lead the creation of visually compelling email campaigns, website graphics, and digital assets that directly engage our audience and strengthen our brand. You will manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns while also bringing your design expertise to enhance the look and feel of our digital presence. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and technology. Previous experience in email marketing is required. Email Marketing and Campaign Optimization
Execute & Design: Lead end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated flows. Audience Management: Segment and update email lists for precise targeting and maintain healthy database hygiene. Performance Tracking: Continuously improve key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions through A/B testing and strategic adjustments. Reporting: Generate comprehensive performance reports to drive data-backed campaign improvements. Graphic Design
Asset Creation: Design content for various digital platforms, including email campaigns, websites, landing pages, social media and online banners. Web Experience: Contribute to the design updates across our website. Brand Integrity: Ensure all digital assets adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. Content creation: Contribute drafting engaging blogs/articles that align with our email and SEO strategies. Social Media Support: Assist in the development and scheduling of social media content. Team Agility: Act as a flexible creative partner, pivoting to support high-priority marketing initiatives and experimental projects as they arise. Qualifications/Skills
Previous experience in email marketing is required. 4+ years in the marketing field Email Proficiency:
Expert knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign) or Constant Contact Technical Proficiency:
Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Coding:
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and web design is a plus. Experience with Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Pages, Slides, etc.) Portfolio Required:
Must showcase a range of web design, email campaigns, and creative projects. Communication: Excellent communication, time management, organizational skills, great attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
