to help design and deliver
two major events in 2026

up to $50/hour Opportunity to travel and be fully hands-on during each event What We’re Looking For: 10+ years of event planning and management experience A self-starter who can work independently and stay organized under pressure Strong skills in vendor relations, budgeting, and contract negotiation Willingness to travel to
Sacramento
and
Los Angeles
for up to two weeks per event Based in
California
(Bay Area preferred) Available
