About the Role We are looking for a
Marketing Coordinator - Community Outreach
to support pediatric dental and orthodontic practices throughout the
Greater Houston area .
This role focuses on building relationships within the local community to help grow new patient referrals. The Marketing Coordinator will visit pediatric offices, schools, daycares, and community organizations while representing our practices in a professional and friendly way.
This is a
field-based marketing role
ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, networking, and working within the community.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, dentists, schools, daycares, and community partners
Visit local offices and organizations to promote our pediatric dental and orthodontic services
Organize community events, presentations, and outreach opportunities
Coordinate marketing materials and promotional items for outreach visits
Take photos and videos during events for social media content
Track outreach activity and referral relationships using a CRM system
Work closely with regional leadership and marketing teams to support practice growth
What We're Looking For
Bilingual Spanish/English required
1-2 years of experience in
marketing, sales, or community outreach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized and self-motivated
Comfortable working in the field and attending community events
Experience in
healthcare, dental, or field marketing is a plus
Additional Requirements
Must live in or near
Houston, TX
Personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursed)
Ability to lift up to
50 lbs
Willingness to attend occasional evening or weekend events
