Business Strategy Intern

We are seeking a motivated Business Strategy Intern based in Andover, MA to support category management and business strategy activities for Summer 2026. This role is ideal for students interested in product strategy, market research, competitive analysis, or data-driven business insights. You will help evaluate market and customer trends, support analysis of our portfolio, and contribute to strategic initiatives that guide long-term planning and roadmap development. What you will do: Category Management Support Modular Data Center (MDC) Support Market & Competitive Research Business & Operational Analysis Sales & Commercial Enablement For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $22 - $27 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and recognition programs. The compensation rate for this position is for candidates located within the United States. Individual pay is determined by several factors including knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a team environment. Curiosity, strong initiative, and willingness to learn. Preferred (not required): Interest in data centers, digital infrastructure, sustainability, or technology strategy. Experience with research, analytics, or organizational projects.
