Your Day-To-Day: At NXT Property Management, we pride ourselves on being a premier third-party manager of multifamily housing, with an impressive portfolio of over 4,600 units. As our Property Manager Assistant, you'll collaborate with the property management team to tackle the behind-the-scenes work that keeps us successful! You'll be communicating with residents, engaging with prospective tenants, and maintaining accurate documentation. This role involves: Staying upbeat, polite, and pleasant throughout the day Professionally responding to leasing inquiries, scheduling property visits, and leading tours of units Answering questions, resolving concerns, and handling maintenance requests Processing invoices and monitoring performance to ensure we stay in budget Maintaining updated resident records and other administrative files Working in step with the leasing and property management teams to meet goals and maintain pleasant housing Requirements: 6+ months of experience in multifamily housing or a supervisory position Experience in sales, leasing, or a customer-focused position Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations Familiarity with Entrata property management software Basic budgeting skills and financial knowledge Apply With Purpose: We have created an environment where collaboration and teamwork thrive, and where everyone feels supported and valued.
