Overview We are looking for a domain‑strong Wealth Management Product Manager to lead advisor‑centric platform initiatives across onboarding, servicing, portfolio reporting, data integrations, and AI‑enabled capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of wealth strategy, technology, and execution, partnering closely with engineering, data, UX, and senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Own product vision and roadmap for Wealth Management platforms, including advisor workflows, client experiences, custodian integrations, and reporting
Act as the wealth domain SME, with strong understanding of advisor‑led models, households/accounts, UMA/SMAs, alternatives, and compliance needs
Translate business priorities into clear epics, features, and user stories with strong acceptance criteria
Drive delivery using Agile / Scrum / SAFe, balancing speed, scale, and risk
Partner with engineering and data teams on APIs, data ingestion, reconciliation, and platform modernization
Identify and prioritize AI / GenAI use cases (advisor copilots, insights, automation) with focus on adoption and business impact
Communicate clearly with business and technology leaders, surface risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Wealth Management
Hands‑on exposure to advisor platforms, CRM, portals, custodians and wealth reporting
Proven Product Manager / Product Owner experience on complex platforms
Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery
Technically fluent in APIs, data platforms, and cloud concepts (AWS preferred)
Practical exposure to GenAI / AI‑enabled workflows in enterprise settings
Strong communication, structured thinking, and executive presence
Nice to Have
Experience with OAS, TAMPs, or platform‑based wealth models
Consulting background or large transformation experience
Exposure to AI agents or advisor productivity tools
