As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Sales & Marketing Specialist to help expand our presence within the utility and energy markets.

Position Overview The Sales & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and supporting strategic marketing initiatives within the energy utility, refinery, oil, gas, and renewable energy sectors.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands B2B technical services and can confidently communicate value to engineering and operations decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within utilities, refineries, pipelines, terminals and energy markets

Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, project managers, and procurement teams

Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans

Prepare proposals, capability statements, and technical presentations

Support RFP/RFQ responses and bid submissions

Conduct market research and track industry trends in oil, gas, and renewable energy

Represent the company at industry events, networking meetings, and trade shows

Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data and track sales performance metrics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to understand and communicate technical services

Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project & Team, Blue Beam and experience with CRM systems preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with energy utility companies, refineries, petroleum pipelines, storage and distribution terminals, or energy-related industries

Familiarity with oil & gas or renewable energy markets

Experience preparing technical proposals and responding to RFPs

Knowledge of industrial or engineering service sales cycles

Compensation Salary: TBD (based on experience and capabilities)
