Under direct supervision, works closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns. Responsible for ensuring all aspects of campaign across channels are complete, as listed below. Position may specialize in specific growth areas such as Discounts & Rewards, Branch Services, Automotive Services, etc.; delivers Five Diamond service during all business transactions.
What You Will Do
In partnership with the team, executes and manages marketing campaigns to drive profitable customer engagement through a variety of marketing channels in support of strategy and success metrics. Includes campaign tactics for digital, direct marketing and external media.
Communicates key updates, edits, logistics and other relevant information to internal and external stakeholders.
Assists with managing and trafficking all marketing jobs, ensuring timely and cost-conscious project completion.
Tracks budget and campaign expenses.
Reports on campaign effectiveness. Escalates issues when they arise.
Seeks and provides information to help business lines understand customers, competitive sets, and trends. Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications Education
High School Diploma required.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field preferred or 3-4 years of additional related experience.
Experience
1-3 years Marketing experience required.
