Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote)

Digital Marketing Specialist – Contract to Hire Remote, with 1 week of travel to the East Coast per quarter.

Must work CST zone hours.

Our client designs and manufactures electrical connection devices for industries such as renewable energy, data centers, electric vehicles, industrial equipment, and power distribution.

This role will support brand awareness and drive traffic to the company’s website by working closely with marketing, sales, product management, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.

Manage and optimize website performance and digital channels.

Manage paid media campaigns.

Identify opportunities to improve performance across existing digital channels.

Manage and optimize digital marketing platforms, including WordPress.

Support integration and use of marketing technology systems and CRM tools.

Work with internal teams to improve marketing tools, workflows, and data flow.

Track and report on digital marketing performance and key metrics.

Build and maintain dashboards to measure campaign performance.

Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Provide insights to marketing, sales, and product teams.

Plan and execute digital campaigns in collaboration with the content marketing team.

Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Support marketing initiatives with distributor partners.

Help drive product awareness and demand through digital programs.

Work with marketing, sales, product management, and leadership teams to support business objectives.

Present marketing insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Document and maintain marketing processes and workflows.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automation in campaign execution.

Qualifications

Experience managing digital marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.

Experience managing WordPress platforms.

Experience tweaking HTML/CSS.

Experience with digital marketing analytics and reporting tools.

Experience managing paid media campaigns.

Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms (Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus).

Ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role.

Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
