Role Overview

We are a high-growth, innovative insurance MGU positioned at the forefront of the evolving risk landscape. We are seeking a strategic, polished, and experienced Investor Relations Manager to build and support our investor relations function. The Investor Relations Manager will report to the Head of Investor Relations and will be responsible for executing the company’s investor relations strategy and communications, working on several strategic projects. This role is essential in helping to communicate the company’s equity story, manage relationships with investors and analysts, and ensure alignment of financial messaging across internal and external stakeholders. Assist in the implementation of a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the company’s overall strategy. Help deliver the company’s investment narrative and ensure consistent, compelling communication of its strategic vision and financial performance. Support capital markets–related initiatives as they relate to investor relations, including management presentations and analyst education. Help manage relationships with key institutional investors, analysts, bankers, and advisors. Work on internal readiness efforts, including messaging training and Q&A preparation for executive spokespeople. Serve as a point of contact for the investment community, including buy-side, sell-side, and rating agencies. Participate in the periodic financial results process, including the production of materials such as press releases, scripts, and Q&A preparation for investor calls and webcasts. Monitor analyst reports, investor sentiment, and peer activity to inform internal strategy and communications. Prepare reports for executive leadership and the Board on investor perceptions, valuation trends, and capital market conditions. Prepare robust IR materials such as investor presentations, fact sheets, and the investor relations section of the corporate website. Skills & Experience

5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in an analyst role on the sell side or buy side. Experience supporting investor relations activities for a growth-oriented or capital markets–facing organization strongly preferred. Experience in the insurance or financial services sectors preferred. Proven ability to engage credibly with institutional investors, analysts, and senior management. Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills. Strong financial acumen and deep understanding of capital markets, financial statements, and valuation techniques.
