Job Description The Trade Show Staff member will represent Beloform Craft and its clients at exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows. The role focuses on welcoming attendees, presenting company materials, supporting booth operations, and ensuring visitors receive a professional and informative experience. You will play an important role in maintaining the organization, presentation, and flow of the booth while assisting visitors with information and coordinating with the internal team during events.
Responsibilities
Welcome and engage with attendees at trade show booths in a professional manner
Provide information about products, services, and promotional materials
Assist with booth setup, organization, and presentation before and during events
Support event operations by coordinating with team members and event organizers
Distribute marketing materials and collect visitor information when required
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional booth environment
Represent the company and its clients with professionalism and enthusiasm
Assist with general event logistics as needed
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional presence and customer-focused mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Adaptability and reliability during live events
