
Senior Creative Producer, Amazon Delivery Experience (ADX)

We support and advocate for Amazon’s global network of delivery partners and Operations professionals, and we’re looking for a customer‑obsessed, Senior Creative Producer to bring our messaging and brands to life across several bespoke channels.
Amazon’s Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and Amazon Freight Partners (AFPs) enable Amazon to deliver millions of packages per week for retail customers across the world. The ADX team serves as a conduit between Amazon and these partners, communicating business critical information and program updates. This role will oversee the development, execution, and delivery of creative projects for events, communications campaigns, and internal Amazon Operations org initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Leading creative video strategy for events and external‑facing communications campaigns
Collaborating with internal Amazon teams like the Events, Communities, and Communications teams to identify, consult, and develop project creative needs
Developing compelling creative briefs that inspire stakeholders and serve as the production blueprint that agency partners can reliably deliver against
Leading end‑to‑end production management, including scoping, budgeting, agency resourcing, scheduling, and asset delivery
Traveling to worldwide shoots and events as needed (this role will need to travel 40% of the year to support production efforts)
Building and managing production teams worldwide, connecting with diverse creatives to deliver work in a variety of regions and languages
Developing and managing multiple ongoing project timelines, tracking milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure on‑time deliveries
Reviewing internal ADX Creative team’s intake form for new project assignments and tracking ongoing work
Ensuring all creative deliverables align with various brand standards, project goals, and strategic marketing objectives
Submit reviews for internal stakeholder approval and revise efficiently and accurately based on feedback to deliver a bar‑raising final product
Basic Qualifications
Experience delivering innovative entertainment experiences (inclusive of live events) to large audiences
Bachelor’s degree, or 7+ years of equivalent experience
10+ years video production experience
8+ years background working in or alongside a collaborative multi‑disciplinary team and working directly with other designers, writers, art directors, and/or marketing managers
Strong portfolio and work examples that demonstrate your ability to deliver bar‑raising creative work for stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with a variety of digital media workflows and post production
5+ years producing creative for corporate brands
Experience directing creative projects – remote and on‑site
Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
