Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Marketing Specialist located in Houston, TX. The Field Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing market plans, identifying opportunities for lead generation, and managing field marketing efforts to promote the organization’s services. The specialist will collaborate with the sales team to enhance brand awareness, establish strong community relationships, and contribute to driving patient engagement through effective communication strategies.
Qualifications
Experience in Market Planning and Field Marketing strategies
Proven ability in Lead Generation and Sales to increase engagement and drive growth
Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and engage with community partners
Ability to organize and execute on-site promotional activities and campaigns
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Familiarity with healthcare marketing or experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
