We are seeking a
Senior UX Designer
to create intuitive, engaging digital experiences that enhance how customers interact with digital products and services. In this role, you will design solutions used by large user bases and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to deliver innovative experiences that balance business objectives with real user needs.
We are looking for a
systems-minded designer with approximately 7+ years of experience
who has shipped complex, real-world products across both
B2B and B2C environments . The ideal candidate is comfortable working within complex ecosystems, translating messy constraints and technical realities into clear, simple, and impactful user experiences.
This role requires someone who can
simplify complexity , communicate design thinking effectively across teams, and stay aware of evolving design approaches and emerging technologies while remaining grounded in practical execution.
Key Responsibilities
Advocate for the user at every stage of the product lifecycle, ensuring solutions solve real customer problems.
Design
end-to-end user experiences , from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes that are intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging.
Partner with product managers and stakeholders to strategically solve complex product challenges and prioritize features that deliver the greatest customer value.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, research, and product teams to translate concepts into production-ready solutions.
Design within
complex systems and product ecosystems , ensuring consistency and usability across multiple products and channels.
Contribute to and evolve a
cohesive visual and interaction design language
across platforms.
Plan and participate in
user research and usability testing , translating insights into actionable design improvements.
Lead or participate in
design workshops and collaborative sessions
to align teams, generate ideas, and refine solutions.
Clearly present and communicate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders, simplifying complex ideas for cross-functional audiences.
Required Qualifications
Approximately
7+ years of UX/Product Design experience , with a portfolio demonstrating shipped products and real-world impact.
Experience designing products in
both B2B and B2C environments .
Strong experience designing within
complex systems or multi-product platforms .
Expertise with
modern UX design and prototyping tools
(e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
Strong understanding of
responsive design principles and development handoff best practices .
Excellent
written, verbal, and visual communication skills
with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
Proven ability to
balance multiple priorities and deadlines
while maintaining high design quality.
Familiarity with
Agile development environments
and how UX integrates into iterative product development.
Preferred Qualifications
A systems-thinking approach to product design.
Experience translating
complex product requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences .
Comfort working in
ambiguous or fast-moving environments
