Location This is a Hybrid position which requires 3 days per week office attendance with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week as business allows. Our Walnut Creek, CA office is conveniently located near public transportation (BART), is ideally situated for bicycle commuters, has plenty of free parking, and an abundance of eateries in the surrounding area.

Position Hours, Duration & Pay This is a part-time, temporary role with a minimum duration of three months. There is potential for this role to turn into a full-time or long-term opportunity depending on business needs and performance.

Schedule: Approximately 35 hours per week; days and hours will vary

Compensation: $30–$35 per hour, commensurate with experience

Position Summary Canadian Solar is searching for a friendly, energetic, and organized individual who supports both brand marketing initiatives and operational activities of the Eternal Planet Marketing Team which is focused on growing our Residential Battery business. This is a mission-driven role that blends marketing coordination with a mix of operational tasks and projects that offer a wealth of opportunities for you to own your work, learn new things and drive results. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, adaptable, curious—and eager to work in a mission driven and fast-moving industry.

In this role, you will:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing and sales related initiatives

Assist in the planning, execution, and reporting of marketing campaigns and exhibitions

Analyze marketing data and create performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Excel

Support content creation for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and promotional materials

Provide planning and preparation support for industry events and customer meetings

Perform administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing operations

Maintain clean and organized marketing supply closet; tracking inventory of company branded swag and other marketing supplies

Professional Qualifications

2+ years experience Marketing or Sales Operations roles

1+ year experience event coordination

Strong English communication skills required; Conversational Chinese skills are strongly preferred

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau & Power BI is a plus

Exposure to or interest in using AI tools for content generation or market research

Demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

Microsoft Office skills – including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Comfortable with fast pace, constant change and ambiguous scenarios

Flexible availability and openness to working a variety of office hours in a part-time setting

Strong English communication skills required; Conversational Chinese skills are strongly preferred

The pay range for this position is $30 - $35 per hour. The pay range for this role is subject to change. This is a part-time, temporary position that does not qualify for health benefits or paid time off.
