The Education Specialist will support initiatives to enhance educator recruitment, retention, and professional growth across Region 2. This role will focus on implementing the Texas Strategic Staffing framework and the Texas Mentorship Training program to strengthen teacher effectiveness and student outcomes. The specialist will work closely with district leaders, campus administrators, and educators to provide technical assistance, professional development, and data-informed guidance.
