Executive Personal Assistant to UHNW Principal, Washington, DC
Manage the Principal's complex personal and professional calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events.
Oversee all aspects of travel for the Principal and guests, including the end-to-end planning and execution of bespoke itineraries, coordinating private jet and yacht travel, commercial flights, ground transportation, accommodations, restaurant reservations, and entertainment arrangements.
Administer charitable giving, manage board relationships, and organize philanthropic events.
Handle high-level communications, filtering the Principal’s inbox and compiling follow-up documents for both personal and professional matters.
Coordinate and track RSVPs for multiple high-profile events, ensuring accurate guest list management.
Maintain relationships with key contacts, organizational affiliates, guests, and vendors to support ongoing projects and partnerships.
Provide strategic support for special projects, including assisting with museum-level exhibitions, coordinating book publications, and managing art archives.
Serve as the Principal's representative across five international residences, ensuring tailored guest experiences.
Provide comprehensive support to the Principal’s family and friends, managing gifts, floral arrangements, and personal requests.
Assist the Principal’s partner with creative projects, including design work for presentations.
Lead and mentor a team of executive assistants, training new hires, ensuring they are well-equipped to support the Principal and adapt to the high demands of the role.
Competitive Salary between $125k-175k DOE + generous benefits package that includes medical/dental/vision coverage and PTO.
