The Role:

Qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a strong sales pipeline.

Engage construction industry decision-makers to understand their challenges and spark interest in the platform.

Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives.

Work closely with marketing and sales to optimise outreach strategies.

Use CRM tools, email automation, and LinkedIn to manage and track activity.

Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the value of the product from the first touchpoint.

What They’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of BDR experience in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.

Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.

Target-driven, resilient, and motivated to succeed.

Coachable, curious, and eager to develop within the sales org.

Knowledge of or interest in ConTech is a bonus, but not essential.

Up to $65,000 base salary, with uncapped commission.
