Parts Department Associate - Harley-Davidson

San Jose Harley-Davidson is looking to expand our Parts Team now. Prior experience as a Harley-Davidson Parts Associate recommended. Mechanical knowledge preferred.
What Will I Do Every Day?
Greet customers, respond to questions, and provide extraordinary customer service
Operate cash registers
Achieve established goals
Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers
Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts
Converse effectively/efficiently regarding customer parts status
Read and understand parts catalogs when looking up and speaking to specific parts
Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers
What Are the Requirements? Ability to show up on time and work posted schedule
Strong interpersonal and time management skills
Prior Auto/motorcycle Parts Sales Experience (preferred) Ability to provide exception customer service
Ability to achieve targeted goals
Ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents
High School Diploma or equivalent
