Role Overview We’re seeking a hands‑on Influencer, Affiliate & Content Manager to independently execute and scale our creator and affiliate programs. This mid‑level role drives measurable revenue through partnerships and high‑performing content, while providing clear reporting and insights to the Senior Brand Manager. You should be comfortable owning day‑to‑day execution, optimizing performance, and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities Influencer Marketing

Source, recruit, and manage influencer partnerships

Negotiate deliverables, usage rights, and compensation

Develop briefs and oversee campaign execution

Track performance (ROAS, CAC, engagement) and optimize

Identify top creators for long‑term partnerships and paid amplification

Affiliate Management

Manage and grow the affiliate program

Recruit and onboard new affiliates

Monitor tracking links, codes, commissions, and payouts

Optimize partner performance and commission structures

Ensure FTC compliance

Content Execution

Manage content calendar and coordinate deliverables

Repurpose influencer content across paid and owned channels

Identify content trends and performance opportunities

Manage content library, tag all incoming content in Canto

Handle content distribution to international distributors

Handle uploading content from all sources (internal and external content creators, internal creative team, international distributors)

Reporting & Optimization

Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports

Provide actionable insights tied to revenue impact

Test new creators, platforms, and partnership models

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or content marketing

Proven ability to execute independently and manage campaigns end‑to‑end

Strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV)

Proficiency in Aspire (creator management platform required)

Experience working within Shopify

Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com

Expertise with Canto (or other DAM systems) is a requirement

Experience with affiliate platforms and analytics tools

Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills

Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager, and Hootsuite

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Experience in a fast‑scaling DTC, wellness, or consumer brand preferred

Ability to work three days per week in office in Santa Monica

Success Metrics

Revenue from influencer and affiliate channels

Increase in affiliate members

Growth of active, revenue-generating partners

Influencer campaign ROAS and efficiency

Volume of high-performing UGC assets generated
