Overview The Digital Marketing Specialist will gain hands‑on experience in copywriting, SEO, content creation, e‑commerce merchandising, and other digital marketing strategies. They will support ongoing initiatives while contributing fresh ideas to drive continued growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a motivated and creative team dedicated to expanding our online presence. This position is
hybrid , with the expectation of being in the office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities SEO
Optimize website content, including product descriptions and articles, for improved search engine rankings
Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to track SEO progress and identify areas for improvement
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic search traffic
Content Creation
Write engaging and informative copy and product descriptions
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content when necessary
Data Analysis
Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance
Analyze data using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other SEO tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Create data‑driven reports to inform marketing strategies
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
Strong interest in digital marketing, SEO, and content creation; previous digital marketing experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other Google Workspace products
Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, etc)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
A passion for learning and staying up‑to‑date with the latest digital marketing trends
