Ecommerce Marketing Manager
Dorai Home, West Valley City, UT, United States
Dorai Home is looking for an E-commerce Marketing Manager to support the execution of our Shopify storefront and digital marketing initiatives. This role works closely with the Director of Marketing to help manage promotions, maintain the marketing calendar, coordinate site updates, and support ongoing optimization across the customer journey.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who is organized, analytical, and excited to help grow a DTC brand through strong digital experiences. You should be comfortable managing multiple projects at once, working cross-functionally with creative and external partners, and using performance insights to support smarter merchandising and marketing decisions.
We are a small startup team. We move quickly, collaborate closely, and value people who take ownership, solve problems, and help build better systems as the company grows. The right person for this role has e-commerce and digital marketing experience in a DTC environment, is comfortable working in Shopify, and has a strong eye for clean, minimal design. Dorai was built on thoughtful design, and our digital experience should reflect that in every touchpoint.
Responsibilities
In collaboration with the Director of Marketing, maintain and update Dorai’s marketing calendar in Asana across promotions, launches, campaigns, and seasonal moments
Support the Director of Marketing in translating business goals into strategic briefs for the creative team and contractors to source assets for campaigns and site updates
Manage day-to-day e-commerce content updates in Shopify, with content supplied by designers, including homepage updates, collection merchandising, product organization, and promotional changes
Execute site updates tied to the marketing calendar, including promotions, pricing changes, featured collections, and merchandising adjustments
Support collection organization and product merchandising updates based on analytics and CRO recommendations
Help optimize the Shopify storefront experience across homepage, navigation, collection pages, PDPs, bundles, and offers
Coordinate with agency and contractor partners across SEO, CRO, development, paid media, and other digital marketing initiatives as needed
Help oversee SEO implementation and ongoing site content optimization
Support efforts to improve Dorai’s visibility across organic search and AI-driven discovery experiences, partnering on content structure, SEO, product data, and site updates that help the brand surface accurately in search and AI-generated results
Monitor site performance and key digital metrics, and share insights and recommendations with the Director of Marketing
Support testing and optimization efforts across messaging, merchandising, offers, and on-site experience
Explore and implement practical AI tools that improve marketing workflows, reporting, content organization, and execution
Help maintain quality control across the website, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong brand presentation
Support the Director of Marketing with additional marketing-related responsibilities as they evolve with the company’s growth
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related DTC role
Shopify experience required, including content updates, collection management, merchandising, and promotional execution
Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, digital merchandising, and conversion-focused site experiences
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to interpret performance data and customer insights and turn them into actionable recommendations
Familiarity with SEO and website optimization principles, with interest in emerging AI search visibility and AI-driven discovery trends
Experience working with cross-functional teams, agencies, freelancers, or contract partners
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Shopify, and Asana
Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar platforms is a plus
Interest in AI tools and how they can support efficient marketing execution is a plus
Appreciation for clean design, attention to detail, and a strong customer experience
