Position: Sales Prospecting & Improvement Specialist
Location: Tulsa, OK (On-site) | Compensation: $24–$26/hour (depending on experience) | Platform Evaluation, Research & Sales Systems
About the Role Inceed is hiring a Sales Prospecting & Improvement Specialist to help evaluate, optimize, and enable the tools and platforms our sales team uses for prospecting, research, and relationship‑building.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing systems, testing tools, building better workflows, and helping teams adopt smarter ways of working. You will play a hands‑on role in assessing sales platforms, improving how they are used, and ensuring our Account Managers have the insights and resources they need to succeed.
This is a contract role with potential to convert based on performance and long‑term business need.
What You’ll Do Sales Platform Evaluation & Optimization
Evaluate, test, and compare sales intelligence and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, ZoomInfo, CRM systems)
Analyze how tools are currently being used and identify opportunities for improvement
Research new platforms, features, and capabilities to support sales strategy
Document best practices, workflows, and tool usage standards
Partner with leadership on platform recommendations and enhancements
Sales Research & Prospecting Enablement
Build detailed profiles of target companies and key decision-makers
Support Account Managers with high‑quality prospect research
Develop repeatable research and documentation templates
Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales systems
Training, Enablement & Change Support
Create enablement materials, guides, and internal documentation
Support training and rollout of new tools and workflows
Help drive adoption of improved processes and platforms
Serve as a resource for Account Managers on tool usage and best practices
AI & Process Improvement
Collaborate on AI‑assisted research and prospecting workflows
Test and refine AI‑powered tools and prompts
Identify opportunities to automate or streamline processes
Continuously improve documentation and workflows
Required Qualifications & Experience
Internship or 1–4 years in sales support, sales operations, research, or enablement roles
Experience working with CRM systems and sales platforms
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent written communication and documentation abilities
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and process‑minded
Comfortable learning new tools and working in evolving environments
Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Experience
Hands‑on experience with:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or LinkedIn Recruiter
Cognism and/or ZoomInfo
CRM systems (Bullhorn or similar)
Experience evaluating, implementing, or optimizing sales tools
Exposure to analytics or reporting platforms
Experience supporting platform adoption or training
Interest in practical applications of AI in sales workflows
