Job Title:
Packaging Associate (1st Shift)
Location:
2092 Fenton Logistics Blvd, Fenton, MO 63026
Timings:
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM; 30‑minute lunch
Education & Experience
Minimum HS Diploma or GED
0–1 year (light assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful)
Physically able to work on feet and lift up to 35 lbs
Ability to read and understand production documents, SDS, and safety information required.
Responsibilities
Under the direction of the production manager, perform tasks on product lines ensuring products are labeled, coded, and packaged correctly
Essential Functions
Check that components and codes comply with the packaging order
Place bottles on conveyor lines
Label cases and bags
Pack and stack finished goods
Control product quality by communicating item damage or off‑spec condition to production supervisor
Maintain a safe working area by keeping it organized and clean throughout the workday, including end‑of‑shift cleaning
Wear all required PPE (personal protective equipment)
Be dependable; report on time to your position every day giving as much notice as possible of absences
Non‑Essential Functions
Other duties as directed by the Production Manager and/or supervisor
Physical Demands
Lifting ability up to 35 lbs
Standing 8–9 hours per day
Frequent bending
Minimal climbing
Working Conditions
Temperature – climate controlled, varying by area
Air quality – minimal dust
Lighting – good lighting
Personal Protective Equipment Requirements
Safety toe work boots or shoes
Safety glasses
Gloves
Hearing protection may be required in designated areas
Note All candidates need to be available on the dates and times when the manager requests an interview. Two dates and times (one alternate) will be provided; if unavailable, no rescheduling will occur.
