We are looking for a
Traditional Media Buyer
with direct experience buying media for
law firms .
This role will be responsible for planning, negotiating, placing, and managing traditional media campaigns for legal clients across channels such as
TV, radio, cable, print, and out-of-home . The ideal candidate understands how to evaluate opportunities not just by cost or reach, but by their ability to generate qualified leads and support firm growth.
This person should be comfortable managing budgets, working with media vendors and reps, monitoring campaign performance, and making informed recommendations based on results. Experience in legal marketing is required, and candidates should understand the pace, competitiveness, and performance expectations that come with buying media for law firms.
Requirements
Direct traditional media buying experience for law firms
Experience planning and managing offline media buys across channels such as TV, radio, cable, print, and out-of-home
Strong negotiation skills and experience working directly with media vendors and sales reps
Ability to manage budgets, insertion orders, pacing, reconciliations, and campaign execution details
Understanding of law firm marketing metrics such as lead volume, cost per lead, case quality, and overall campaign performance
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, markets, or clients at once
Preferred
Agency or in-house experience serving legal clients
Experience in practice areas such as personal injury, mass tort, criminal defense, or family law
Familiarity with call tracking, intake processes, and lead attribution
Ability to identify optimization opportunities and improve campaign efficiency over time
